A Nordic committee consisting of a Swede, a Norwegian, and a Finn are meeting in Lapland to select an art piece that shall be placed where the borders of their three countries meet. Instead of a sculpture, though, the commissioned artist presents his idea of a “Nordic Dance”. The delegates are faced with the true challenges of a democratic decision-making process.
